About the teacher

I graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Elementary Education.

 I have teaching experience in preschool, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th grades.

I am married to Dan, VP Sales Manager at Kent Feeds.and cheif operating officer at Deluxe Feeds in Sheldon.

We have 4 children, Valarie, (5th grade teacher in Seattle), Marci, (attends UNI Graduate School),

Mitchell, (a senior at S-O HS) and Grant, (a freshman at S-O HS)

I enjoy reading, running, music, golf & entertaining friends. 

I am passionate about my faith, family, children and education.

I feel privileged to be teaching at St. Patricks, it is a blessing in my life.

I believe that Books can open up a New World.

I believe that there is a Hero in Everyone.

I believe that GOD comes first, FAMILY comes second & everything else follows.

I believe in Dancing in the Kitchen.

I believe in the power of a Coke, a Smile, and a Friend.
